English (ESOL/EFL)
English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classes are run at a variety of different levels, from Elementary to Advanced or Proficiency. All courses cover grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation and give students the necessary speaking and listening skills practice to enable them to progress to the next level.
We also offer English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) for 16-18 and 19+ students. The ESOL Skills for Life programme is for people who wish to make their home in this country - for example, settled immigrant communities, refugees, asylum seekers and migrant workers.
For further information please see our Student Advice page and Course Selector. English Language courses take place at Kingston College, Merton College and South Thames College.
