Charlotte Carpenter, a Level 3 Professional Cookery student at Merton College, used her time during the current lockdown to create and produce stunning handmade boxes filled with tasty treats for Valentines Day.
She used the skills she developed on her course to make all the items in the box, including cupcakes, chocolates and biscuits - and went on to sell 19 of them as Valentines gifts.
A fantastic example of her craftsmanship skills, Charlotte is now taking orders for Mother's Day boxes!
