Our Hospitality & Catering team hosted a magnificent lunch to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III at Taste Restaurant, attended by esteemed council members and distinguished guests.
Guests included the Mayor of Merton Cllr Joan Henry, as well as Cllr Eleanor Stringer, Cllr Ross Garrod, Cllr Agatha Akyigina OBE, and the remarkable Joseph Maye, founder of the Jimmy Asher Foundation and former student at the College.
The event was a grand affair and the menu was produced and served by our students. The menu featured terrine of guinea fowl and squab pigeon, roast sirloin of beef, iced vanilla parfait and poached rhubarb.
