Our Hospitality & Catering students hosted a lunch for The Rotary Club of Morden and its President Margaret Redway. They were delighted to serve lunch to the special guest, the Mayor of Merton Councillor Michael Brunt. 

Our students served delicious meals enjoyed by all guests. Lunch included: 

Amuse Bouche - Gazpacho Soup
Starter - Goats Cheese and Roasted Vine Tomato Tart
Main Course - Supreme of Salmon with Bouillabaisse Sauce, Mussels, Potato Galette & Seasonal Greens or Butternut Galette with Asparagus & Shitake
Dessert - Lemon Posset, Grilled Figs & Shortbread
Petit Fours & Coffee
