Basic Cooking Skills
Basic cooking skills taster course for adults who have a keen interest in learning how to cook and wanting to pursue a career in the Catering and Hospitality Industry.

Entry Requirements
Keen interest in the subject and passion for cooking. Good written and spoken English is essential. -
Course Content
This course will cover bread making, making soup, preparing and cooking of vegetables, making sauces and other essential cooking skills. You will also complete an NCFE Customer Service Workbook. The course will run for 5 weeks, Monday and Wednesday 10am - 2pm. The course will start on 15/4/24. -

To then complete the taster course in Kitchen skills and butchery techniques.
