Introduction

Learn a range of skills to craft beautifully presented sugar flowers. The course will cover at least 3 types of flowers and detailed contents will be discussed during the first session.

Materials

Some materials, like icing sugar, and small items of equipment may need to be purchased as the course progresses. This will be discussed at the start of the course.

Assessment

Your tutor will give you regular feedback and there will be opportunities to share ideas with the class.
