Pilates is a full body low impact exercise designed to improve muscle control, flexibility, strength, breathing technique, posture and balance. This course is suitable for beginners.

The course aims to promote the long term health benefits and importance of keeping active for functional living by exercising at a level suited to you to achieve your aspirations and goals.

By the end of the course you'll be able to:

Use exercises to improve your posture.
Use exercises to improve alignment.
Use  techniques to aid movement and promote relaxation.
Use exercises to improve core stability and strength.
