All our students have access to a wide range of services

We support our students and help them achieve the most out of their time at College.

For those on low incomes, or with childcare needs, we have a Learner Support Fund which helps dozens of students every year. For detail about how to apply contact our advice centre.

What do we offer?

Our student services team provide:

Careers advice

Support for disabled students, including advice and practical help

A youth work team who organise sports teams, recreational facilities and a student parliament, giving you a say in college life

A counselling service to help you through any personal difficulties affecting your college life

Financial advice and help with claiming Education Maintenance Allowance or Adult Learning Grants

We also provide a multi-faith room for quiet prayer and reflection

Important

Merton College recently merged with South Thames College. The former Merton College now becomes the South Thames College Merton Campus. All applications for places at Merton College remain valid and courses currently provided at the Merton Campus continue to be offered.
